Auditoria Detailing (the "Company", "we", "us") operates a car detailing studio at 83 Ilia Chavchavadze, Tbilisi, Georgia, and the website at adetailing.ge. We are the controller responsible for the personal data described here. Privacy contact: auditoriadetailing@gmail.com.

This policy applies to personal data processed through our website, forms, advertising, and related communications. It does not apply to third-party websites or platforms we link to, which have their own policies.

Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections; access to our systems is restricted; IP addresses are also stored as a salted hash; and geolocation is performed offline on our own server so no visitor IP is sent to a third party for that purpose. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a personal-data breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the competent supervisory authority and, where required, affected individuals, in line with applicable law.

By accessing this website, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

17. Permitted use & prohibited conduct

You may use the website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not: submit false or unlawful information; attempt to gain unauthorised access; interfere with, probe, scan or disrupt the website or its security; scrape, harvest or reverse-engineer; upload malicious code; or use the site to infringe others' rights.

All content, trademarks, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, text and software of Auditoria Detailing remain our property or that of our licensors. No licence is granted except to view the site for its intended purpose.

The website and all information are provided for general information only, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement. Pricing, availability and service descriptions may change without notice and are not binding offers.

20. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auditoria Detailing and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the website, forms, advertising, software or communications, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the relevant service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

26. Governing law & jurisdiction

This document is governed by the laws of Georgia, including the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. For EU/EEA visitors, the GDPR also applies to the processing of their personal data. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
